I purchased the wrong file, can I get a stl (ctb) instead?

When purchasing digital files from our platform, it's crucial to ensure that you select the right file type and printer compatibility to guarantee a smooth and successful printing experience. 1. Before adding items to your cart, carefully review the file types associated with each product. Two file types you may encounter are:
   • STL file = Pre-supported/Non-supported
     
   • Sliced (Ready-to-Print) file = CTB file (the highlighted printer type is the ctb file included inside the selection file group)
