• After-sales services on failed pre-supported files purchased on PIXUP.

• Free listing fee. An additional 15% commission fee will only be applied when models are sold. (Non-verified models are regulated based on the original platform transaction fee.)

• Production time: 5–15 business days (might be extended based on the amount of parts and workload)

The journey begins with the liberating concept of a free upload. Designers are invited to share their creations without any financial barriers, allowing unrestricted exploration of the pre-supported 3D printing realm. This inclusivity fosters a creative environment where designers can bring their visions to life without the worry of upfront costs, providing a foundation for innovation and experimentation.

Processing

At Phrozen-Verified, the importance of efficiency in the creative process is well understood. Upon submission, a dedicated team of professionals will evaluate your models and give recommendations on whether you need to hollow out your models, dig holes for better printing, and set up the best support structures for your models to ensure the highest printing success rate and optimize resin usage.

This process unfolds in the following three stages:

Ready to Start: This section refers to the initial step where you, as a customer or user, upload your model to our platform or website. This is typically done through a designated interface or portal provided by us. You will need to upload the digital file or model that you wish to have printed or showcased.

In Progress: At this stage, after you've uploaded your model, our team will begin the process of verifying it and checking for any potential issues. This verification process ensures that the model is suitable for printing and meets our quality standards. Additionally, during this stage, we will provide you with an estimation of how long it will take for the entire process to be completed. This helps manage expectations regarding timelines and delivery.

Complete: Once your model has been verified and any necessary adjustments have been made, it will move to the "Complete" stage. At this point, the model is ready to be showcased or made available for purchase. It will be uploaded to our official website or platform where customers can view it, purchase it, or utilize it as intended. This signifies the successful completion of the process from model submission to availability for customers.

** Designers can expect their pre-supported files to be completed and uploaded within a timeframe of 5-15 business days.

After-Sales Service

Phrozen-Verified’s commitment extends beyond the initial upload. It includes comprehensive after-sales service. Designers receive specialized technical support to ensure that any models that fail to print receive complete assistance until they are successfully produced.

Disclaimer

If the original pre-supported files are available, they’ll be replaced with the Phrozen-Verified Pre-Supported Files. Prices of the Phrozen-Verified Pre-Supported Files will be increased by 20% from the original price and original STL files will be provided together to customers. Once applied, you won’t be able to delete the models in the next 180 days, unless there are infringement issues.
