Can I get a refund?

PIXUP products are limited to digital goods. Therefore, we DO NOT offer refunds after the product has been purchased. Consumer transactions on the PIXUP website are subject to our terms and conditions, clearly stating the non-refundable digital goods.

Please note that the refund does not apply if you’ve forgotten to apply your discount code during checkout. If this occurs, please apply the discount code on your next purchase.
