How to Upload a Model on PIXUP 3D

In the ever-evolving world of 3D printing, sharing and showcasing models has become an integral part of the creative process. At PIXUP 3D, we aim to make the model upload experience on our website seamless and customizable. In this article, we'll walk you through the process on uploading your models: Advanced Settings.

Special Note: Phrozen Verified Applications

If you have a Phrozen Verified application, please note that submissions must be made exclusively through the Advanced Settings section. This ensures that your premium content receives the specialized attention it deserves.

Advanced Settings: Tailoring Your Model's Presence

Advanced Settings offer a range of options to enhance your model's visibility and sales potential. Keep in mind that Phrozen Verified applications must be submitted through the Advanced Settings section.

Before starting the application, please switch to the Advanced Settings tab for further customization.

1. Complete Model Details:
   Upload the Cover Image to be displayed for your Model as basic settings.
   Add basic information about your model, such as the title, description, and tags.
   
   
2. File Groups:
   Create file groups to organize and showcase various versions or components of your model. The implementation of File Group empowers designers to offer a more nuanced perspective of their products. This heightened level of detail enhances customer comprehension, potentially elevating their interest and inclination to make a purchase. This may consist of file types of printer or the model type such as Mighty 8K, Mega 8K or Non-Supported, Sliced, etc. You can learn more about the setup process here.
   
   
   
   
3. Variant Settings:
   Set up different variants of your model, allowing customers to choose from various options (e.g. Printer Model, Type of File,). The purpose of having variant settings is to enhance customer choice and satisfaction. You can learn more about them here.
   
   
   
   
4. Submit Your Model:
   After altering the above and uploading your model, save your Draft.
   Click on the 'Submit' button to finalize the process.
