If you face issues with your purchased files from PIXUP, this occurs for one of the following reasons:
- If you can’t successfully download the Purchased files: Your computer is not connected to the Internet, or there is a problem with your Internet settings. You can try reconnecting to the network or consult your Internet service provider to ensure a stable connection.
- If your downloaded files can’t be printed successfully: Your downloaded file format is not compatible with your 3D printer. If you downloaded sliced files, please ensure they match your printer specifications. Refer to the What can I do if my CTB file has failed to print? for guidance.
